As a kid, Kristen always wanted to become an artist. She once created a book titled “Kristen’s Famous Drawings.” It was mostly filled with yellow flowers, cats, and disproportional stick people. While 7-year-old Kristen’s early works of art may never see the light of day, she has found a similar passion in graphic design. After changing majors 3 times (the third time’s the charm, right?), she received a degree in Advertising and Graphic Design from the University of Alabama. She joined the Dogwood team in January 2021 as a graphic designer. She’s always eager to learn new things in the world of art and design and is proud to announce that her skills have extended beyond stick people and cats. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, hiking, watching TV, and drinking way too much coffee.
